Please contact me to discuss your dog's needs. Tell me about your dog's personality preferences, and any dislikes. Dogs must be neutered if 12 months old or more.  Vaccinations for Distemper, Hepatitis, and Parvovirus (DHP) must be current, and also Leptospirosis.  I also require Kennel Cough vaccination for my guests, you may need to ask the vet for this.  If we are a good match, we can schedule a short, 30 minute Meet & Greet at my home, and I kindly request that you provide a photo of your dog's vaccination card (via text or WhatsApp) prior to your arrival.

Our meeting will begin with a walk outside to assess how your dog interacts with Luna.  Following this, we can chat in the garden, or indoors in poor weather.  Please tell me about your dog's feeding and bedtime routines, and their favourite activities. If you are considering Day Care, I will share an overview of Regular and Flexible services, payment methods, and necessary items to bring.  For Overnight Boarding, we can talk about the trial procedure.  Once we are satisfied that the dogs are compatible, I will send you a Registration Form and Service Agreement, and we can arrange a first trial visit.

Please be advised that trial visits will be billed at the same rate as regular services. For Day Care, I require that you are available to collect your dog on short notice during the first two visits to ensure that your dog is comfortable and settled in my care.  For overnight bookings, I ask that you schedule two day visits prior to an overnight trial stay, and you must be ready for short notice collection if your dog shows signs of distress.   If your dog does very well, we will reduce the trial stage.  Once the assessment phase is complete, you may schedule services as needed, subject to availability.

Once trials are over you may schedule bookings as you wish. Clients requiring Regular Day Care will have a designated space reserved for them each week.  For those needing Flexible Day Care, it is essential to book at least one session per month to maintain your registration. Overnight stays can be arranged as needed.  Please provide a new photo of your dog's vaccination card annually after booster shots, and be attentive to our quarterly checks regarding worm and flea treatments.  For full details, please refer to my Service Agreement.
